L E A R N Genesis 1 : 27 (God at work)
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
Man was created uniquely in the image of God, with a combination of that which is low and that which is high. On one hand, he was formed from the dust of the ground—hard to imagine anything lower than that. It is interesting to note the basic chemical elements of the earth—nitrogen, oxygen, calcium, etc.—are the basic physical elements of the human body. On the other hand, God breathed into man, and what could be higher than that? God almighty breathed into this earthly frame and gave us life, lifting us above all the other created beings.
